What does this technique consist of?

What is it for?
The GET Yourself™ Technique involves four phases: Each phase has an effect on a bioenergetic level.
With this technique, we remove various blocks from our subconscious.
It allows us to heal the alterations and reactivity we experience in daily life.
We also balance our bioenergetic anatomy, that is, the structure through which vital energy flows through our body. Vital energy is called by various names in therapeutic systems: Prana, Chi, Ki, Ka, etc.
What does it consist of?
This technique involves several processes at the mental, bioenergetic, and superconscious levels:
